Recently a good news came to the office of Witlink. The company’s self-developed WL352 wM-BUS module has been certified by CE-RED, enabling Witlink to have access to the European market. Meanwhile, it also symbolizes that now the company can meet the needs of meter manufacturers who are using Witlink’s WL352 wM-BUS module and meanwhile hoping to export their meters to Europe and other countries.

Here, RED, the Radio Equipment Directive, is under CE directives for safety. In April of 2014 the new Radio Equipment Directive(RED) 2014/53/EU was published and by June 13, 2016 it has become law, wherein new requirements will take place on the Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive (R&TTE) and all products within its scope must meet the requirements.
