Notes :
1. This information is mainly used for applying all kinds of talent allowances in Shenzhen.
2. Those that hide and forfeit personal information will be blacklisted by the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and cannot apply for any talent allowances within three years.
3. Additional documents may be needed for allowance application.
4. In case of any change in personal information (e.g. household registration, marital status, degree and qualification), please inform the Human Resources Department.
